Free shipping on all orders above EUR80 (except Greece, Cyprus, Malta and remote areas/islands)

• Zone 1 - (2-5 work days)

Austria, Belgium,  Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.

• Zone 2 - (3-6 work days)

Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain (mainland) and  Hungary.

*We don't ship to Greece, Cyprus and Malta or remote islands.

Shipping company

All our parcels are shipped with GLS from Denmark. Our fulfilment partner DKI Logistics make sure that all orders (received before 2pm) are shipped on a daily basis. As soon as your parcel has left our fulfilment partner, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Don't worry, VAT is included :-).

If you live in an EU country, and buy a product in an EU based shop like ours, VAT is included in the prices you see. You will not be charged any local VAT or other taxes when the baking steel parcel arrives.

Return policy

Our customers love The Pizza Steel, but should you decide to return your Pizza Steel, we ask you to contact us: support@pizzasteel.com so that we can arrange a return label for you. The return/refund option is available for 30 days, counting from the day you receive your parcel. You may open the parcel and check the product, much like you would do if you bought a product in a physical shop. Make sure you return it in the same condition as you received it.
