parcels are shipped with GLS from Denmark. Our fulfilment partners make sure
that all orders (received before 2pm) are shipped on a daily basis. As soon as
your parcel has left our fulfilment partner, you will receive an email with
tracking details.

in an EU country, and buy a product in an EU based shop like ours, VAT is
included in the prices you see. You will not be charged any

Return

Our
customers love The Pizza Steel, but should you decide to return your
Pizza Steel, we ask you to contact us: support@pizzasteel.com so that we can arrange a
return label for you. The return/refund option is available for 30 days,
counting from the day you receive your parcel. You may open the parcel and
check the product, much like you would do if you bought a product in a physical
shop. Make sure you return it in the same condition as you received it.
